Wastewater Recovery Systems; The treated wastewater from the domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants is converted back to the process and irrigation water by using advanced filtration and treatment processes.
MBR Treatment Systems, Ultra Filtration equipment, Sand and Carbon units, Reverse Osmosis systems are widely used in Wastewater Recovery Systems.
Membrane bioreactors (MBR) are frequently preferred in newly established wastewater treatment plants for both economic and technical reasons. MBR effluents have lower concentrations of bacteria, suspended solids (ALM), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and phosphorus. These facilities have high disinfection capacity and can be discharged into surface waters and reused for other purposes such as agricultural irrigation.
The most important disadvantage of MBRs is their high membrane fouling tendency. In addition, MBRs are widely used in conjunction with reverse osmosis (RO) (following MBR) to improve permeate quality. In this case, the RO concentrate must also be disposed of.
Points where the recovered water is used within the facility; fire water, tank washing water, usage water in facility buildings, irrigation water, water used during terminal operation operations, usage water in steam boilers and usage water in the port operation (pier) connected to the facility.
We complete the necessary laboratory, test and pilot system scale system applications and carry out project designs to meet the required / demanded product water or irrigation water criteria.
